Account Deletion Request

How to delete your account:

To delete your Soul Flow account, send a request via email:

Please include the email address registered in the app and reason for deletion.

Types of data that will be deleted:

Personal details (name, email address, birth date)
Your Human Design chart data
Daily insights history
Personal preferences and settings
App usage data
Subscription information (if applicable)

Data that will be kept:

Anonymous data for statistical analysis (without personal identification)
Transaction records for accounting purposes (kept for 7 years as required by law)

Retention period:

Deletion will be completed within 30 days of receiving the request. During this period, you can cancel the request by contacting our support email.
