Refund Policy
The Human Design Report is a personalized digital product that is generated and delivered to you immediately after purchase. Because of its instant, custom, digital nature, all sales are final once the report has been generated and delivered, and the purchase is non-refundable from that point.
Your consent to immediate delivery
By completing your purchase you request and consent to the immediate generation and delivery of your report. Where you are a consumer in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction with a statutory right of withdrawal for digital content, you acknowledge that this right is lost once delivery begins, as permitted by law.
If something goes wrong
We stand behind the product. If your report fails to generate, does not arrive, or arrives corrupted or incomplete due to a technical issue on our side, contact us and we will re-generate and re-deliver it at no charge, or resolve the issue. These delivery problems are handled as a fix, not a refund.
Duplicate or unauthorized charges
If you were charged more than once for the same report, or believe a charge was made without authorization, contact us with your order details and we will investigate and correct genuine billing errors.
Merchant of record
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record and reseller. Paddle handles billing and any refund determinations in accordance with this policy and Paddle's buyer terms.
