11.2 Cap on Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO SOULFLOW IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11.3 Jurisdictional Limitations

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SoulFlow and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from:

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SoulFlow regarding the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

No waiver of any term or condition shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term or condition.
